The terms that apply when you use trendymegabasket.com and place an order.

These terms apply to your use of trendymegabasket.com and to orders placed with Trendy Mega Basket, an online store based at 1455 Beechnut St, Fort Wainwright, AK 99703, USA. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
When you place an order we email a confirmation with your order number. This is an order request, not yet a contract. Within one business day we email a secure payment link. The contract is formed when you complete payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund anything you have paid.
Prices and sales tax
Prices are in US dollars. Alaska has no state sales tax, and no sales tax applies to deliveries in Fort Wainwright or the Fairbanks North Star Borough. Some Alaska municipalities and other states may require local sales tax, which is shown on your payment link before you pay.
Daily mega deal and promo codes
One product per day is discounted by 15% from midnight to midnight Alaska Time. Promo code MEGA10 gives 10% off eligible items. It excludes eGift cards and the mega deal product, cannot be combined with other codes and has no cash value.
Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to orders of $65 or more after discounts. Otherwise standard shipping is $7.95 and express is $18.95. Delivery estimates are 4 to 8 business days for standard and 2 to 4 business days for express after payment. Rural, off-road and bush Alaska addresses, and weather delays, can add time. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Digital products
eGift cards, memberships and software are delivered by email after payment. They are subject to the issuer's own terms. Keep your codes safe; we cannot replace a code that has been redeemed by someone else.
Product information
We try to describe products accurately. Colors and packaging may vary slightly. Health and wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition; ask your doctor before use if you have a medical condition.
Returns
Our refund and return policy is part of these terms.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission or copy its content for commercial use. All text, logos and design on the site belong to Trendy Mega Basket or its licensors. Product names and brands belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Alaska Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act (AS 45.50.471) or other consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any dispute will be heard in the state courts of the Fourth Judicial District at Fairbanks, Alaska, unless the law of your home state requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
